Edouard Beaudry is a passionate art teacher with a vivid imagination. In his classes one explores life drawing from models to learning watercolour technique. Edouard studied painting and drawing at Concordia University Montreal. He sees sketching and drawing as the foundation of painting. In his classes, participants focus on the fundamentals of composition, developing a visual vocabulary, gaining an understanding of light and dark and fine tuning drawing skill through observation. Ed has been known to known to model for his classes (which gets rave reviews from the participants)! Still, the greatest compliment he can receive from a student is; “I see the world differently”. To help someone see the world in a new way is to witness an epiphany and that is truly an honor.
