Mechanical Marks
Vancouver Art Gallery

OCT 1, 2016
12pm – 4pm
Vancouver Art Gallery | 750 Hornby Street
Annex workshop: FREE
No registration required

Join the Gallery’s Art Educators as we experiment with a range of simple yet dynamic mechanical drawing machines and robots. As the machines shake, shuffle and spin use them to create an assortment of abstract drawings.

Also have an opportunity to meet Dan and his drawing machine ‘Makelangelo’.
Dan Royer wants to use remote control robots to build his moon base.  Through marginallyclever.com Dan and his team explain their achievable plan and teach electronics, programming, design, mechatronics, and more.

Participants of all ages and experience are welcome.
