ARCHIVE 2012 - Micro/Macro Drawing Lab at The Roundhouse
with Radix Theatre

Saturday, June 9, 2012 from 11:00am - 4:00pm
Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre
181 Roundhouse Mews (Corner of Pacific & Davie), Vancouver BC
FREE

Step inside Radix Theatre’s Micro/Macro Drawing Lab to magnify worlds within worlds as you transform the tiny into the enormous. Your exploration in drawing begins as you peer into a microscope and carefully draw what you see in a world unseen by the human eye. After you zoom in... zoom out! Your drawings grow and change to fill the walls of the Roundhouse Exhibition Hall.

Radix Theatre has been producing innovative and exciting interdisciplinary performance events locally and nationally since 1988, focusing on experimentation and collaborative creation. Their work is often site-specific, experimenting with the idea of audience in relation to performance.

The Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre has a mission to to celebrate diversity... of people, values, ideas and activities. Always finding new and exciting ways to integrate the arts, community, culture and sports, the Roundhouse is an inclusive space designed to bring people and ideas together.
