Birdsong, crashing waves, dogs on the seawall…go on a sound hunt through Hadden Park and create a graphic zine from what you hear. Marks, gestures waves and notations from the scientific to the eccentric are welcome. Then add your marks to a massive, collaborative Sidewalk Sound Portrait of Hadden Park

publik secrets is a team of musicians, fabricators, and visual artists, led by George Rahi and Robyn Jacob,  that works to creatively re-imagine public spaces as participatory gathering places. We invoke wonder and play through multi-disciplinary, community-driven arts projects that focus on participation, collective experiences and reuniting art and the daily life of community.
We are located in unceded xʷməθkwəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and Səl̓ílwətaʔ territories in Vancouver.
George Rahi is an artist whose works combines music, interactive installation, sound art, and puppetry. He enjoys working with his hands making everything from custom bicycles to unique musical instruments and shadow puppets.

Robyn Jacob teaches students of all ages piano, improvisation, and music theory. She enjoys making zines and writing songs for her band Only A Visitor and produces and facilitates improvisation workshops with Sound out Loud.
